"Welcome to the Department of Magical Education," she spoke half-heartedly continuing her scribbling on her parchment without glancing at the person entering the room. Scanning the parchment for any mistakes, she stamped the end of the parchment with a Ministry official seal and smoothly signed her signature to finish the letter.

"Your name please," she placed her quill down next to the ink bottle and lifted her eyes to find a young woman looking apprehensively back at her. "You said you're new correct? If you're working in the Education Department then you're at the right place," she confirmed her employee while folding her letter symmetrically and placing it inside an envelope. Finding her wand next to a stack of parchment, she took ahold of it and taped the front of the letter making the address appear and the envelope shut before looking at her owl and nodding that the letter was ready when she was.

"Now," she lifted herself from her seat and strode towards the owl holding the finished packaged letter. "To Angelina," she told the owl and tied it on the left claw. "Hurry back," she commanded as her last words and dismissed the owl from her office. Turning back towards the new-comer. "I'm Gretta Amerie," she lifted her eyebrows and contrasted her expression with a smile. "Department of Magical Education Division Head," she spoke eloquently rather than being rough by saying 'your boss'. "Please have a seat," she gestured towards the one in front of her desk as she remained standing next to her empty owl cage.
