You aren't like me, obviously.." She laughted lightly, attempting to make a joke. It was a weak effort. "I just don't want you to think this your fault in some way...I mean, you have a flirtatous way about you...but its not so much that it would lead someone on." She was struggling to keep her anger at bay. He'd trusted Lucy and she'd taken advantage of him. "No one deserves to have their free will taken away..." She reached out and grasped his hand.

At the words 'Rafe loves', Marilyn turned her sharp eyes on the two girls who'd just joined the table.
