"Hi Kat! What's up?" she asked her.
But then she lost track of the conversatin because she was listening to Rafe compliment her and tell her that he loved her over and over again. Ahh, this was how life was supposed to be, she thought.
She snapped back to attention when Kat asked Rafe how it happened.
"Uh, well, you don't want to hear the details, it was just very lovely, we went to Puddifoot's last night, and talked....and stuff..." Lucy replied to Kat's question even though it was aimed for Rafe, her face becoming red as a tomato. She didn't want her best friend finding out what she did.
"Umm.. sure" she said to Rafe giving him a weird look. she turned back to Lucy and said
" So anyways I was looking for you to tell you about a prank that i was thinking about." She said kind of slowly still confused about how Rafe talked about Lucy.
"Umm.. did you give him...?" She asked Lucy while pointing at Rafe knowing she would know what she was talking about.
