"I mean she is rather pretty," even though he kind of preferred brunettes, Rafe glanced at Ari and blushed at the thought. "And she's loads of fun to hang out with and we seem to have a lot in common...I mean, that's a good basis of asking someone out right? I mean, sooooo she might be a little older, but I practically look older than her, so that shouldn't be a problem." The age difference did sort of bother him, but it's not like someone his own age was pursuing him.

Rafe laughed at her little wolf joke, but then a sudden feel of dread swept over him. He hit his palm to his forehead, "Oh bloody hell, what if she finds out I'm a well you know... and then will dump me on the spot. Well, I guess it was meant to be then. Maybe she'll accept me for who I am like you. I just won't tell her...it's not like I could if I wanted to." Rafe chuckled. Maybe he would just ask Lucy out? But, he would have to wait for more signs, he definitely didn't want to rush into anything.
