Marilyn looked down at the hideously pink Peep and smirked. Picking up the pewter knight, she placed it right beside the still active marshmallow in the center of the desk.

She moved her wand accordingly and flicked. The knight piece was quicker to respond than the Peep, and began galloping around the desk with its little metal sword raised. It was adorable. Of course, Marilyn had other ideas as she ordered the chess piece to approach the peep. The marshmallow stopped tumbling when the tiny knight poked it forcefully with its sword. After a moment, the marshmallow squeaked and started bouncing away with the knight hot on its trail.
Marilyn couldn't keep her glee in check as an excited giggle escaped her lips. This was vastly entertaining...
