"Okay, thanks. I think I got it. And I guess we'd be a lot less proactive if we were to save another person" -
such as yourself, Becca thought menacingly, though her face remained unreadable.
Okay, and now for the moment of truth, or death, in this case. Becca scooped some of the brownish liquid into a vile and chugged it down. She waited a minute, not feeling very different, then she quickly examined herself. Wow! She wasn't disoriented, or depressed! But... the scales were still there? Becca groaned loudly,
"Ugh, Professor, do you think you could give me a hand with the scales? They're the only symptom I'm still having and I just haven't got a clue of how to get rid of them!"
