Extra art, depending on the book, plus a box case for it (with Jo's stamped signature on top). I have the HBP deluxe edition, which included the box, the jacket art (of Harry and Dumbledore in Bob Odgen's memory going to the Gaunt house), and a coloured photo of Bella and Narcissa walking toward Spinner's End in the beginning of the book, all done by Mary Grandpre. There are also larger versions of each chapter photo (this is the US edition), at the end of the book.
