And therefore not really holding on.

When the sudden realisation dawned, and Jake legged it outta there.

Chris watched with suspicion as Rafe was putting things together and may have just suggested that Jake had done the horrible thing to the poor Hufflepuff boy. Chris then went wide-eyed when Jake left in quite a hurry. He was definately intrigued.
