Evelyn swooped back down to the ground again, needing to refuel on snowballs. Gently laying her giant snowball bomb in the snow so it would stay nice and cold, she stacked up on the snowballs again, noticing that another Gryffindor had entered the battle field. Wait, that was Rafe! Smiling, she remembered she had yet to congratulate him on making the quidditch team, even though he was on the Gryffindor one.
Once she was done making the smaller snowballs, Evelyn started to roll the giant snowball through the snow, making it even bigger. 'Might be a little tough to hold while flying.' she thought, but didn't really care. It would make a nice big splat if it hit someone, surely knocking them off their broom. Smirking, she grabbed hold of the giant snowball and lifted it up, widening her eyes to feel how heavy it was.
Hopefully the broom would be able to hold the both of them! IT DID! Barely...flying SLOWLY so she wouldn't drop the snowball bomb, she moved until she was just a bit higher than everyone else, though not as high as Jake, but she kept her eye on him.
Now to find a target... |
