Samson wasn't even going to argue, but he was still reluctant about leaving his wand. What if she never gave them back? He LOVED his wand. Meh.

As he watched the lesson transpire, and the ~~rather unconvincing~~ Devil Snare stunt the professor pulled, he found that they were in more need of wands than the plants were in danger of them. Hmph. It was most certain and most obvious that these plants in Greenhouse Four were the potential harmfuls. And yet, Professor Bunbury treated them like her own children. Figures.

Still, he had to participate. He wasn't going to lose his wand over nothing. "Devil Snare has a bigger chance to try to wrap their greedy tentacles around you if you struggle while in them. And to panic would not be a wise idea since... Oh, I dunno. The plants might get hurt? They've... what? Got feelings, too?" He hadn't meant to be sarcastic, but they were the exact things he was thinking right now.

Perhaps he should have been a bit more discreet?
