There were a few minutes of industrious whispering...
"So, to summarise," Kiri finished quietly, "Reese and I will take care of Lupa's office in the Slytherin common room. And you two," she added, pointing at Adrienne and Ainsley, "go for the other office on the fifth floor. Ancient Runes. Erm..." She glanced at a small piece of parchment on the table she'd used to jot down a few notes. "Oh yes. We need one or two people to send off those owl orders. I guess one person could do that, but it'll look suspicious when the order arrives. Does anyone have their own owl? We should probably avoid the Hogwarts ones..." She sighed and scanned the parchment. "I... think that's it?" she said finally. "Unless there's something else from one of you?"
Kiri looked at Copernicus. She wasn't quite sure what was going to happen next. Were they all allowed to leave whenever their plan was figured out? Adrienne leaned closer as Kiri had requested, nodding as the plan was discussed, as well as when her assumption that she was going to end up working with Ainsley was verified. "I have an owl," she said, keeping her voice low just in case anyone was trying to listen in. It seemed everyone was on the same page, but their plan would be better if less people knew. And it wouldn't work very well if there was a crowd standing around because they knew about owl orders.
"So when do you think we should implement the plan?," she asked, mentally trying to figure out how long it should take to send Rochester with the order, as well as the time it might take for him to return. And they needed to figure out where to go for the orders, to avoid suspicion. And she didn't know if Copernicus was going to want to speak to them all again, or if they were all on their own again. Which, glancing at Kiri again, it seemed the younger girl was also curious about. But in the same respect, Adrienne just wanted to get everything rolling.
