I'm not very good with advice, but one thing I would say is, be VERY patient. I know a lot of people who can write amazingly, but give up on their projects halfway through for lack of it. Writers block will come, you may not be able to write more than a hundred words in some week, there will be no inspiration at times, but if you try, you CAN write, CAN finish a story.
