Kylie raised her hand again, after reading ahead a bit in the textbook.. she hoped she wouldn't be penalized for asking..
"When there's a zero after the first number.. doesn't it... almost.. intensify the number before it? So, it makes the effects of the number before it more.. noticeable?"
