Slytherin - dungeons - Astronomy Tower , you know how many stairs you had to climb when you were a Slytherin or a Hufflepuff?!
Yes, Lyra did not like stairs....and never will
Letting out a deep sigh, Lyra looked around better this time and noticed that there was only one person in the classroom already. A Ravenclaw , judging by her robe. Lyra walked towards a desk and placed her bag besides her. She said a "Hey" to the girl and placed her textbook on the table. When she looked up again she noticed the professor sitting underneath a strange orb (how could she have missed that?) "Good day Professor" she greeted and tilted her head to the side to look at the orb more carefully. It looked like a ...eye?
"Welcome Lyra." Ethan made a slight face that sort of meant I-wish-my-class-was-still-on-the-first-floor-too as well as you'll-get-used-to the-stairs-eventually.

She pasted on a fake smile that somewhat resembled her usual one and stopped slightly inside the door as she noticed the odd symbol made of the orbs....her mind went crazy with thoughts about what it could be...
She looked at the professor as she took a seat, "Professor that thing looks evil." she said with a ring to her voice and a twinkle in her eye...
"Evil, hmm?" He stopped humming and looked up at the symbol. "
Interesting." He offered the Ravenclaw a wink as she sat down.

She hadn't felt the same since...that incident. She could barely sleep at night making it even worse as well. She probably looked terrible too. Sitting up straight, she looked around the room, noticing the orb thingy and the other early students. Smiling at them slightly, Evelyn sat back in her seat, glancing at the professor. "G'day professor." she said quietly, her voice cracking and sounding weak. 'Oh so very weak little one...' was all she heard in her mind; day and night.
Ethan shot a slightly puzzled glance at his very bright Slytherin student. His imagination probably, but she seemed out of sorts? Nah. Even if she was Ethan did not normally notice such things...
"Welcome, Evelyn."

Once again, he wasn't going to know anything about the subject at hand. He had meant to crack open A History of Magic, but the first few pages on their own already caused his brain to reel at the absurdity of it all.
"Hello Arrick, good to see you." Truebridge greeted the Hufflepuff boy and went back to humming and tapping.

"Well hello Sylvia." Ethan nodded. He had been very pleased with her homework efforts and was curious to see how well she'd do during the remainder of the lesson.

"Greetings, Destiny." It was always secretly (or not so secretly maybe...) a pleasure to see plenty of students from his former house attending his classes. The hourglasses had put a smile on his face when he had ventured down stairs earlier that morning. Problem was, he wouldn't put it past Professor Lupa to congratulate them with pie and hugs and warm fuzzy things like puppies.
Hmmm.
Where was his chihuahua anyway?

She took a seat at a desk, slinging her school back across the back of the chair. Being in the Astronomy tower made her think of Borr, even though she had never seen him in the said setting. Something told her that as long as Borr was present at Hogwarts, her Astronomy education was going to be minimum. She peered at the parchment and quills laid out on her desk. Hmm...a lot of writing today?
Ethan waved back at Emalyn and went right back to humming.

Kaiyo put the toast back in her mouth as she focused on doing up her tie, wandering along the crescent of desks until she reached near the centre. Smiling next to the other students as she sat down and finished her toast. Kaiyo felt really stupid, she'd overslept and worried she'd be late for class....turns out she just forgot about daylight savings.
The girl loosly did up her tie and tilted her head at the board. Kaiyo was now professional, but to her, it definately looked like a blob in a tent.
"Morning Kaiyo." Truebridge eyed the piece of toast with the air of someone who had forgotten to have breakfast himself. Hmm. Hopefully he could concentrate.

She didn't study much for this lesson-when she went to read the textbook in classroom eleven, everything turned out much diffrently.
She really hoped that Professor Truebridge wasn't a wolf lover. She didn't want to study History from a filthy-creatures-lover's view. That strange euphoric feeling filled her once again, making her warm.
Smiling dizzyly, she sat by one of the desks in the middle. Memories from the first meeting of WOLF swept through her mind, making her even more unfocused.
Truebridge raised one eyebrow as another apparently unfit Slytherin arrived. Maybe he should hold his next class whilest running around the perimetre of the school? You had to be fit if you wanted to be fast on your feet in the dueling arena and Zan was almost certain that even Kazimeriz would be puffing less coming up here.
Though, you know, he hoped that wouldn't happen.

Maybe her mum brought it up at some point earlier on in life. She looked at Truebridge and smiled. "Mornin' Professor. I hope you're OK." She went to an empty seat and got her quill, parchment, ink and textbook out. She sat down and looked around. There was a girl with bright red hair that she didn't recognise, The girl was very ... familiar somehow... but she didn't look like anyone she knew. Maybe I could introduce myself to her at some point and find out where she's been the past three months.
"Perfectly fine. Iris." Truebridge answered.

"Hmmm." Ethan answered, so very tempted to tell the young Gryffindor that no, he only put it up there for decoration. ""In some ways."

She just quietly took her seat and began skimming through her textbook thinking you can never know enough and she felt it gave her something to do so she would'nt do something stupid before class even started.

As she took a minute to look around, she found Rafe there, sitting by her side. She grinned at him, and looked away quickly.
Ethan eyed Arianna as she lugged her book bag into the room and made another mental note, this time to talk to Raiden and Evolette about showing the Slytherin students how to make their bags lighter, particularly on days where they had to lug them around like this.
"Welcome, Arianna."
