"Maybe," Ferris agreed softly as she suggested that the ministry could catch them, if they couldn't have personal revenge. He rested the side of his face against hers for a moment, catching on to her lack of confidence as she fell into a bit of silence. He started thinking about all of the rough things the girl had gone through that day, and it made him rather sad to think that she was starting to lose a bit of that optimistic shine; that the things that were happening were weighing her down enough to cause her to lose a bit of her shine. He turned his head to press a kiss to her soft cheek, letting his lips rest there for a moment before returning to his previous position.
