Evelyn snorted at the abrupt end to the story and sat up. 'The moral of the story?' she thought for a second, looking over at the professor. "Umm...being greedy can only cause trouble?" she said, more as a question than an answer. "And don't trust a basilisk." she continued more quietly, playing with the hem of her skirt.
