Samson smiled a bit at Alex as she spoke. Well, she really didn't know much about him since they had just met. But really, it wasn't about being a seventh year that he was so ecstatic about. It was what happened with his seventh year. The events were just amazing, with Issy being the center of it all.
Ahem. Anyway.
"Mmm yeah, pretty much," he said in a so-so manner, not really agreeing but not really objecting to the idea. He hadn't given away much information, so he didn't expect her to understand. "Although I'm sure gonna miss Hogwarts... and everyone in it that I've met over the years."
For one, Issy was going to stay for a year longer, and it was thoughts like these that evoked feelings of nervousness and jealousy at the thought of being away from Issy and leaving her to the hands of other boys. On the other hand, after she did graduate, they'd have all the time they needed to be together. Also, Samson would finally be able to stalk search for Gavin's whereabouts and resume their antics, greater than before, as though they'd never been separated.
But graduation was still far away. Or so he secretly hoped.
