Compare and contrast the 2009 blackout dates to 2010, and you'll see what I mean. (They've also added the full month of July to their blackouts, which doesn't surprise me due to the new island's anticipated popularity since that's peak season, but that day all by itself in March 2010 is the one that makes me go Hmmm... I mean, if it was JUST due to ancitipated crowds for spring break, why not black out Sunday the 21st as well?
