Which idiot planned it so close to the full moon? she thought. "I agree that they should be beings. They're only werewolves for 12 nights a year after all." She hoped that she was sounding rational, but she could feel a muscle in her cheek jumping. She took a scalding sip of coffe to cover it. A change of subject was needed "So have you got a lot on in your department at the moment?"
