Phoebus watched with a neutral expression as quill after quill was deposited in the basket he held until they got to the spell checking ones. " Yeah, I think you just said you needed..." He trailed off as she was spurred on by the discovery of Spell-Check quills.


He had to admit she was rather cute, the way she went down the aisle, almost skipping. He laughed a bit to himself as she oohed and ahhed over some pink quills, grabbing two of them and then giving him a blue one. " Oh. Um..thanks, Daphne." He said, holding it up a moment to study it and then holding it by his side. Another blue one went in the basket...pink for girls blue for boys. Was she buying something for another guy? He felt a rather odd twinge , but ignored it and instead smiled his usual nervous smile as she brandished an innocent looking quill at him and under his nose.

However when he caught a whiff, he wrinkled his nose and made a face as he tried to back his nose away from the smelly thing. " Honestly? Borr. Evil Beach Ball Borr." He said to her. Why on earth would someone make a quill with the fragrance of evil? He looked at some of the ink and picked up a bottle of metallic blue ink. " Hmm. Don't know what I'd use this for, but it's sort of cool." He said, looking at the liquid swirl around in the bottle.
