LouAnn just stared at her runes as the professor described each and every one of them in detail. In all honestly, most of it went over LouAnn's head, for she was never really good at that type of thing anyway. The professor, on the other hand, really knew her stuff! "Wow," was all she could whisper, though. She considered the black-out question for a moment, wondering if blacking out was really what was happening. It just seemed like LouAnn was fully aware of her surroundings one moment, but then...some time later she'd realize lots of time had passed even though she wasn't aware of it. It was like certain parts of her day were, in a sense, gone. So, no, not really blacking out. "No, ma'am," she finally said, pouring her runes back into the drawstring bag and then stowing it away in her pockets. "It was just something I'd been wondering. Thank you for telling me more information about those, though!"

Gathering his stones together again, Jake looked sheepishly up at Lupa. "I found them... in my pocket," he murmured, biting on his lip and gathering them up. "A little earlier."
