Tino didn't see what the big deal was about the dog basket. It was still soft and squishy, right? It moved. It floated. Maybe Kazi had a problem with making a flying dog-bed deliver Celandine to the nurse. Maybe he was against creativity.

Blowing his bangs up with an exhaled puff of frustration, Tino shook his sleeves back and raised his wand again. He squinted his eyes hard. Indian carpet. . . Indian carpet. . . "Carpet diem," he commanded again, waggling his wand at Cela. There was a swooshy crackling sound this time as the wicker disintigrated, and then the girl was being cradled by a rug that looked strikingly similar to the one in Tino's kitchen at home. Unfortunately, he'd never actually seen a thick Indian carpet, so this was Tino's best guess.
It was thick.
It was oval.
It was covered in ponies, feathers and tomahawks.
