"I didn't forget anything!" he called out, "I even sent an owl to Seattle, I'd let you know when it came back!" then he looked down to his bag of sweets, curious of what's inside it. Maybe Evan would help him out.. He turned back to Evan, tilting his head slightly, and shrugged.
Evan opened his mouth to answer Edem when an older girl pulled his ear. It'd be funny if he knew what was it for, but he just stared, an unsure smile on his lips. His eyes looked Edem to Rhea and vice versa, trying to get it. He waved shortly and smiled at the girl when Edem introduced her. Odd, that he had never seen her before... Then the girl talked. Evan decided it must be a bet and shrugged. He couldn't know every joke of students, but apparently Edem was very popular. Winking at him when he got the sweets, Evan looked puzzled once more but didn't insist on much. Edem would say if he wanted to, or he could go on with talking his problem.
