RAIN BOOTS. Because SOMEONE had not packed her trunk properly and instead of putting in a pair of decent boots Daphne was forced to either walk around in sandals, her school slip on canvas shoes or RAIN BOOTS.
Shoving her little nose in the air, Daphne slipped her hands into the pockets of her
cardigan. There was an empty seat at a very dirty looking table. Wrinkling her nose, the blond took a seat and fiddled with the hem of her
dress--until she figured out what to do and where to go and who to find.
Phoebus sat at his table, alone for the time being when
shewalked in. He paused, a slightly wistful half-smile on his face as he watched Daphne; He was sporting a slight mustache now from his butterbeer but lacked any reflective surface so when he walked over to where she was, he was quite certainly unaware of his mustachioed self.
He approached her with slight caution but obvious happiness and greeted her. " Hi there, Daphne!" He said, and then instantly shrank within. How dumb was that greeting? STUPID. " Um. Hey," he said, waving his free hand a bit before awkwardly looking around for anything to talk about. His gaze landed on her..rain boots? " You have purple boots on," He announced adn then took another drink of his butterbeer. More mustache, unbeknownst to Phoebus. " Um. It's a nice color on you." He said with a quick smile before he just plopped into the seat next to her. Smooth, oh yes.
