"Lord Borr is something else all together. I have never met a 'man' quite like that before. Have you heard anything about him? Is he always like that? How did you do the homework for that class? I can't even think about how to start it. I think I still might be in shock after it all."
A little out of breath after her rant she reminded herself to slow down and not accost the girl with anymore verbal assaults. Well at least until they knew each other a little better maybe. Keep your tongue under control, she reminded herself. Mina nodded in agreement. She really hadn't had a chance to talk to anyone what was at either class as well. "I like Professor Lupa very much as well. It's just a shame some people feel it necessary to be rude and disrespectful to those that they deem different." Ancient Runes was a favorite subject of hers and she wasn't going to let a bad experience on the first day dirty her view of the class or it's professor. 'Which reminds me, I still need to finish that homework..SOON,' she thought to herself.
She thought about Astronomy lecture and cringed slightly. "I think I'm still in shock over the whole class, let alone the professor," she voiced. "The homework was a challenge but I pulled something together. Lord Borr is a character, for sure." she added not wanting to say what she really thought. Her mother did teach her, if one doesn't have something nice to say about another, one shouldn't say anything at all. But then again, that never did stop anyone in her family. |
