Amazing drink.
A frown appeared across Edem's forehead as he tilted his head to his right, thinking. What's new with me? Hmm.. Was there anything new? He tried hard to remember how it'd been since they last saw each other in DuMont's class. Well.. What happened after that, he wasn't really sure. He did his homeworks? Now that's unimportant. Edem spent the next 10 seconds to think about something worth telling. He failed.
"I guess it's jus' de same wid me," he chuckled, "nothing new, nope.. Oh," he suddenly remembered about Jake and Fly, and the fight. Tell Evan about this? Well.. "Right, I went to de owlery a few days ago, to post letters bor my parents and my sister, but I didn't habb an owl, so.. I took one which I thought was owned by the school, but turns out it wasn't.. It was dis boy Jake's. I sent the owl to Paris and Seattle without his permission, he was really angry." he sighed, taking yet another sip of butterbeer, recalling what had happened back then.
Evan stared at the counter for Butterbeer, but then changed his mind. Beer was beer, and it affected him. Well, any kind of drink affected him, he couldn't even drink a goblet of champagne. It was a bad inability, he'd always have stare around with a glass of cola in parties while people get drunk. Then he wouldn't want to go to parties, for he couldn't even drink butterbeer. He noted this needed to be solved too, with his lie problem.
He came back to earth when Edem started talking. He was normal of course, he didn't have any girls to be worried about, or anyone hating him. He lived happily--huh? Rayedem Roumimper actually had a fight? Literally? Evan's jaw dropped open. That was unbelieveble! It was like the the event of the year!
"Aw..." he said when he realised he had been staring blankly for too long.
"I am... sorry." Would that be suitable for this?
"But don't the owned birds have some sort of... sign?" Apparently not.
