"Well, if you knew the Statute of Secrecy, you would understand why Werewolves shouldn't be allowed to the QWC. Everytime there's a QWC, the stadium is usually placed in an area where muggle towns and villages are not too far off. Why do you think the campsites are meant to be NO MAGIC? On top of being close to muggle villages, we are riding precariously close to a full moon. If we get a werewolf at the QWC and he or she decides to run off and accidentally or purposely goes into a village...that spells trouble for us.
"House elves are okay still, though," he nodded. "They have no choice but to follow orders...if they're told to stay in the tent, they stay in the tent. Werewolves, unfortunately, may not be so rule-abiding." Chad shrugged and stared at his paper; as far as it went in his head, that was the end of that issue.
"Any other cares or concerns?"
Rowan was listening to all the arguments going around the room when Gideon spoke up and stated the obvious. After a few other odd and end comments the new Department Head praised him for his insight! What rubbish! Well of course she had nothing against her new colleague it was just the point of the whole conversation and discussion now came to nothing.
Rolling her eyes, she crossed her arms and her legs and waited to be dismissed. Her opinion wouldn't count for much at this point, therefore saying anything would be pointless as well. Glancing over at Gideon she raised her eyebrows and rolled her eyes. This meeting was turning out to be extremely odd.
