Gideon shook his head as he listened to everyone battle back and forth. Werewolves in? Werewolves out? House elves in? House elves out? Did it matter, really, what the creatures thought? Not in Gideon's opinion.
Finally! Someone mentions the Secrecy Statute. "'Bout time we got roun' to that lil' issue. It is hard enough to hide thousands and thousands of magical folk from the Muggles. Now you wanna go an' add a whole buncha magical creatures to the mix too? At least wizards and witches can think fer 'emselves and try to hide from the Muggles. You think a magical creature is gonna have that same mental ability? I dun think so."
