Lucy walking down the coridor when she noticed a Gryffindor girl walking alone.
"Hi, you're in Gryffindor, right? I'm Lucy, by the way, fourth year. What year are you in?" Lucy asked, though she had a vague idea that the girl was probably a first year.
Katlyn jumped and turned towards the voice.
"Hey I'm Katlyn." She said to the girl.
"Yea i'm in Gryffindor and I'm a first year." She said kind of excitedly. She smiled at the girl hoping to make a friend.
