"Good point about being attracted to certain wands and certain wands attracting you - birthdays surely have some part in that. No doubt an affinity or connection to the wand core could play a part too."

She shrugged and looked at Iliana. "Wand cores are something we definitely know play a factor in which spells you're able to perform better though...." Anastasia trailed off and waited for the other professor to speak.
