Lord Borr made another attempt to get out of his chair, but it just wasn't happening for him. So he rolled in and among the Ravenclaws and Slytherins he had invited to the front of the room.

"THERE ARE NO stars out at this time of day. There are no meteor showers, or constellations, or WORTHLESS MOONS AND PLANETS out at this time of DAY." Lord Borr tapped his cane on the desk of Celandine Toussaint and then on Sebastain's desk. BRIGHT students. BRIGHT FUTURES. "Tell me, class, then WHY do you suppose I am having class now? GO ON. TELL ME. WHY DID I, LORD BORR, have your ASTRONOMY class in the middle of the day??"
Lucy, rolling her eyes, slowly walked over to her seat which was still in the front of the room. Great. Time to endure the saliva-spit-balling professor to do his job. And yes, he was correct, there were no moons, planets, stars, meteors, and other things out the sky. AND THEY WERE NOT USELESS, Booger Borr. They were BEAUTIFUL. Haaarumph!!

Then, Borr asked a question...why the heck did he set up a class in the middle of the day? Lucy knew why...because he didn't want to teach us anything about Astronomy. Because he thought Astronomy was a useless subject, and it was perfectly fine to replace it with time-consuming lectures about perfection, and manners, and politeness. Yet, she raised her hand.

"Sir, it is because you wish to teach us about the...sun? Or perhaps the fact that technically speaking, the stars are indeed still out, but are blinded out by the sun?" Lucy paused to think of some other answers. "Or perhaps, it's to teach us that Astronomy is a pointless subject to you, even though it might help fuel the careers of others? That there is no discipline to be learned within the subject of Astronomy? That stargazing is a stupid activity only to be done by the most idiotic students, such as the students you recently kicked out? Because I agree full-heartedly. That seems reasonable, sir." SNORTY SNORT SNORT.

What a JOKE.
