Rhea frowned. She really didn't like that fact werewolves were classified as beasts. Weren't they human's before werewolves? She preferred to call them sick...thats it. They were sick, infected by a horrible uncurable disease. Maybe someone should work on finding a cure, instead of working on restraining them.

Though Mr. Berusen did have a point. It would be unsafe to have them out during the full moon. She thought for a while unsure of whether or not she should speak up.
"Why couldn't they just change the date though to two days after the full moon. The affected werewolves would be tired and worn out after transforming a night or two before and would be completely harmless.
She bit herself. Maybe they wouldn't want to change the date but she figured she would raise the point anyways.

Straightening the front of her suit she cleared her throat and spoke.

"Could we shift the world cup to perhaps a few days after the full moon?" she asked.
