Tibi watched as Sarah flicked her wand out of her wrist holster. Maybe he should have gotten one of those instead of the hip one... too late now. Smiling at her, he prepared to take his turn.
Tiberius closed his eyes and pictured the feather turning to stone. Taking a deep breath he closed his eyes and jabbed. "Duro!" Well, it certainly looked like stone! Smiling broadly, Tiberius went to go pick up his new stone!feather. Except, when he grabbed it, it was still light like a feather! It had changed appearance but was still light and a little flexible. Frowning a little, he said, "I guess I need more practice, too... want to go again?"
Biting her lip and eyeing Tiberius carefully, Sarah broke out into a warm grin when he did the spell.She was a little envious that he'd managed to change the whole appearence of it, even if it, like her's, hadn't been completely successful.Grinning warmly she nodded her approval.
"That's not bad for a first go! At least it looks like stone!"
Rolling her sleeves up, Sarah bent her neck one way then the next, almost psyching herself up for the challenge.Eyes fixed on the target, she tried her hardest to imagine it as stone, then once more pointed her wand forward.Jabbing towards the feather, Sarah put a little more force behind the incantation...
"Duro!!", and to her delight it changed in front of her eyes.Picking it up she let out a small squeal of excitement at the heavyness in her hand.
"Yay, I did it! This is actually kinda cool, you know," she said, grinning like a mad thing at Tibi.
"Go on, you have another go!" She really wanted him to do it.Success gave you such a warm feeling inside.
