Oh, my!

The Borr man was...serious?...about wanting the students to actually bow to him? LouAnn had never heard or seen such nonsense in all her life, but she'd humor the man regardless. She was actually pretty amused by the manner in which he spoke to them. He was...entertaining, she supposed. She still wondered if he was actually a hundred percent serious about this little charade, though. She half-expected him to strike a 'tada!'-type pose and announce in his loud, demanding voice that he was merely joking just to get a good laugh before the Astronomy lesson began.

Erm, nope. That little 'tada!-pose never came. Apparently, Professor Borr---Lord Borr?---was completely and wholeheartedly serious about his expectations. What did she desire to be when she grew older, though? She'd never thought that far ahead, as she'd always busied herself with moving around from country to country to country. For LouAnn, life had been more or less Okinawa one day, Los Angeles the next. She'd never spared a moment to consider the faraway future.

Her turn had come sooner than she expected it to, though. She stood to her feet, her mind still racing with thoughts of what she'd one day want to be. "Hello, sir. My name is LouAnn Purple, and one day..." Oops. She'd forgotten to bow. She stood tall and straight, then suddenly lowered herself into a bow, feeling rather ridiculous as she did so. What did she want to do? To be? She glanced to the side as she thought about the way she currently led her life---on the run from a terrible incident that happened when she was ten-years-old.

"I've never actually thought much about what I'd like to do in the faraway future," she admitted. What she really wanted, though, more than anything, was to be herself again. She wanted to get rid of all the unusual fake last names, move back to the little cottage where she grew up, and stay put in one particular country for longer than two years. "In the near future, though, I'd like to graduate from Hogwarts," she finally said.
