"I am glad to see that you are in much better health this term, at least so far." he recalled the tiny girl as she had been through health crisis after health crisis the previous term. "To what do I owe the pleasure of your company, Miss Toussaint?"
Oh.Oh. Oh.
Dilemma!
Cela's eyes widened and she looked between the rest of the teaset.
Cream and sugar? Lemon? Did lemon curdle cream?
... should she have sugar at
all?
And the tea smelled so good as it was!
In an attempt to solve the problem, Celandine gestured at the cream and the sugar that she'd have that with her tea, then took a piece of lemon, which she immediately put in her mouth and sucked on, apparently unconcerned by the bitterness.
"Mmmeugh..." She held the piece of lemon in one hand and nodded. "Much better, Sir. I'm actually here because I have something for Professor Lupa, a little present. But you know... she's... not really around for me to give it to right now, so I was hoping that you'd give it to her for me?"
