Bella can sense what people are thinking, not all the way mind reading, but close. Her mom is a witch and her dad is a muggle. Bella also has a brother named Patric, and she doesn't really have a location where she lived since she moves all the time because of her dad's job, but they stay within england. (she lives in the muggle world but had read a lot about the magic world)
