Zooom! maturity is boring ★
Emalyn's palms were, well, to say the least...sweaty. Yes, very clammy. "I - I wouldn't dream of it, professor. I was merely interested in...the jist of it, if you would. Just want to understand it, that's all." Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. It's not like he's a human lie detector...
Right?
Well this was MUCH more difficult then she imagined it would be. She had no clue that muggles were that much different, aside from the magical abilities. "Wow...I...didn't know that." Ema sighed. It seemed either way there were no definite answers for Liam's cancer. She never stopped to think that maybe they got the diagnosis wrong. "It's very interesting. Education wise."
Emalyn took the sealed envelope, nodding. "Thank you professor." she tucked it into her school bag. "I'll go see her when I can. You've been a big help..." she extended her hand out to the man. "And don't worry, it was all hypothetical." she could notice the concern he had in his voice when he had mentioned all the Azkaban *shudder* stuff. Even though she didn't plan to actually PROVIDE Liam with the potion...more like sneak it into a beverage or in some way shove it down his throat without him knowing. "I promise." Kind of. "And," she turned to the teapot. "I'm very sorry."
