Iris had thought that she had finished, but then she looked back up at the board, and at Professor Shackletons example ... The numbers were done differently to how Iris did them ... I'm a fool ... She shook her head slightly, and neatly crossed out the numbers she had written down, replacing them with the correct ones.

0-9 - I -> 9
10-19 R -> 9

She looked back up, and put her quill down next to her parchment, so that the Professor knew that she was actually finished now. Iris then flicked through her book to the meanings, to read what the R meant ...
