The owlery, Rayedem thought. Ever since he thought of it when he was in the train, he had been dying to visit the place and send a letter to Tannya. It's the only hope I got. He had not enjoyed the journey, the feast, all because of this thought. If muggle ways of communicating don't work, then surely wizards' ways would, right? The thing is, he didn't have an owl of his own. So what am I gonna do, borrow someone else's? But I know nobody who has one..
Stepping into the room, Rayedem frowned. Ugh. The smell was funny. He used his hand to cover his nose from the smell. Then he walked on, looking around; there were some owls, of course, but Rayedem had no idea who their owners were. Sighing quietly, he walked to the window to breathe some fresh air.
