''Thanks Ellie, i hope so'' he smiled at her ''You got a ravie mummy, too. They love rules a lot, dont they? My mom definitely does. And she wont be surprised that i'm in Gryffindor. Because i am quite unlike her except the looks. I'm more like my dad and yes he is a muggle with no magic. But his spirit, i think, is what made me a Gryffindor. That'd be a little confusing i know but i believe he'd be a Gryffindor if he were a wizard''
"My Mummy won't be surprised I'm in Gryffindor either!" Ellie said. "She said she thought this would be the house I would get sorted into. I am going to send Mummy and Daddy an owl right away tomorrow morning. That's nice, some muggles find magic scary don't they?"
She pushed her treacle tart away from her, talk of Mummy and Daddy made her feel a little sad. She wouldn't see them till Christmas, and that wasn't for ages as yet. Sighing, she rubbed her stomach. No more food tonight, she had eaten a little too much. She rubbed her tired eyes, wishing she could go and see Godric and give him some owl treats and a kiss. She tried to ignore the tears that had begun to prick in her eyes, and yawned. "Hmm, I wonder when the feast will finish," she said to no one in particular. "I'm awfully sleepy."
