#60 Joke

Lee caught Angelina in the common room that night. She had rushed out of potions, and he was sure that she was avoiding him. He felt a tiny bit bad now. It was meant as a joke, but Angelina’s reaction to the bat wing had not had the desired effect.

He walked over to her, ignoring her ignoring him.

“Angelina,” he said awkwardly. “Look, I’m sorry, it was only a joke!”
She snorted.

“You lost us fifty points!” she pointed out. “Fifty!”

“I know, and like I said, I’m sorry. You know I like a joke. I get carried away.”
