Clearing her throat, Lyra reached for her owl cage on the ground and let Daisuke out. She placed the owl on her shoulder and took a owl pellet from her bag, giving it to the owl.
When she was done feeding him , she let him sit on her shoulder. Apperantelly the owl was happy there and fell asleep again. Weird cutey bird.

Giggling sofly at Daisuke, Lyra looked up at Evan when the boy started to laugh although it wasn't that convincing. It looked like that Evan didn't really like the "joke" which made it for Lyra even funnier. But one thing that had suprised her was that Evan hadn't cursed her or even had drawn his wand! If someone did this to Lyra she would curse the person before the other could say "not fair". "i'm surprised you didn't curse me" she said voicing her thoughts and started to smirk again when she saw that Evan suddenly stopped rubbing his head, wanting to act tough as though it didn't hurt but Lyra could see on his facial expression that it had hurt and felt a pang of guilt rush through her body but she quickly recovered herself, it was still funny.

Oh? so he did want to know where Lyra was talking about?
The Slytherin looked at him with raised eyebrows. Why the sudden interest now? Lyra could only think one thing and that was that maybe Evan felt sorry that he had walked away before she was even done talking.
"I was saying" she said in a cold voice, leaning with her back on the back of the couch. "that you were right about the werewolf thing, but that it is still dangerous. Last year, i don't know what really happend but it seemed like that the potion the 'werewolf-professor' got wasn't working, or someone had tempered with it?" she said more to herself than to Evan. Pushing the thoughts aside she choose another topic .

The Astronomy teacher! "i wonder who our new Astronomy teacher is going to be after..." Lyra gulped and looked sad,. She hadn't talked to the professor before but she did like his lessons and somehow she got the best grades in that subject, and tears started to built in her eyes. Wiping them away, Lyra remembered something in Diagon Alley and she snapped her head up to Evan a little too fast so that her neck started to hurt. Rubbing the back of her neck, Lyra asked. "That BIG guy at that inking shop () the one professor Truebridge was talking to, didn't he say something like , teaching the students and professors ? he is not going to be our new Astronomy teacher right? ...RIGHT?!" she particually shouted. "That guy gives me the creeps"
So she did enjoy the hit, was it? So she could smirk like that easily? She'd see it when she was hexed two times at lone school corridors. She'd see it when she had nobody but Evan to help her. But Evan'd firstly laugh, then help. Yes, he was grudging, but he wasn't evil. He'd cast her a simple spell that could easily be reversed. He looked forward to that moment.

He chuckled at the bird. He had left his cat at home, for he thought it'd be hard to look after him. Maybe next year, he'd bring him too.

His smile even widened when she asked why he hadn't cursed her. "Well Lyra, you're a girl and I'm a boy. Do the math." Of course he wouldn't talk about his plans, not yet. He just looked smiling politely at her, and didn't give anything away. At least he hoped he didn't, unless Lyra did that mind-reading. His mind was full of prank plans now.

He didn't understand why Lyra suddenly got cold. He couldn't remember any moment of coldness from Lyra, besides the unfortunate arguement he had with Joshua. Seriously, where was he..?

Evan didn't comment further on werewolves, Lyra sounded like 'case-closed', and there was nothing to talk further. He shrugged in his mind, and listened to rest of her comment.

Soo, she heard the accident. Yes, it was a sad one. And it didn't look like an accident, but as a second-year he didn't talk. What did he knew to talk of? Just gossips and blah blahs... He just nodded, suddenly sad too. As he was looking blankly to the floor thinking rather than watching Lyra, he didn't see the tears. And he was glad that he didn't, because he didn't know how to soothe someone, especially a girl. He sucked with girl issues. His mind again went to Lyra and Fallon, and he yet again wondered where Fallon was. His pain had eased but he was still angry with Lyra, and he wanted Fallon's calmness.

He snapped back to reality when Lyra said something. His mind now went to that day, and he frowned while trying to remember, but nothing came. He hadn't listened to them, he was again busy with his revenge. Rolling eyes at that, he turned to Lyra and said "I didn't really listen to them." 'I was busy with my plans.' he completed in his mind. "So I don't know, though if he said such a sentence... what else could it mean?" He shrugged, not really caring about him. He then heard Lyra saying the man scared her. He chuckled. "Well well Lyra, everything has a payback, or more trendy, karma. You scared me, he scares you." He chuckled again. Both were very irrelevant, but he could make the connection. He was clever!
