"Why don't we all just settle down?" Cope sighed. "Look... miss." He hadn't asked her name. So rude of him!
"This car here is empty." He pushed open a door and showed them both.

She certainly wasn't about to insinuate any sort of violent behavior on her behalf.
She abruptly turned and stomped away from the situation. Perhaps the next person she encountered would bring about a more pleasant reaction from the first year.
Arabelle made sure not to look pleased as the other girl was chided. It made her feel a bit better after being practically screamed at for being knocked down. But she didn't want to cause an even bigger fight. She just wanted to forget about this whole thing. Taking a deep breath, Arabelle closed her eyes.
And abruptly opened them as the other girl was rude...again. "My...father...?" Was that supposed to be an insult? Arabelle wasn't quite sure. She stared after the girl with no small amount of shock as she went stomping down the corridor.
"Uh, all Hogwarts students aren't like that right? Because I don't think my brothers acted like that when they came here." She was a bit worried that, with her luck, things like this would be happening all the time.
Arabelle turned toward the empty compartment. How had she missed that? "Thanks for the help." She wrinkled her nose at the word miss. "My name's Arabelle. If you ever see me again, you can call me that, not miss. Or Ari, it's shorter. And, uh, you are?"
