Sabrina glanced between Issy and Samson as they barely (and coldly) acknowledged her then continued on with their argument. Oops. “But they are exiled to the world, Issy.” Sabrina said before she could stop herself. She knew her interruption would probably irritate Issy and Samson, but really, it came out before she would stop herself.
Boy, she really should have just found a first year compartment.
“… and the more we push them away, the more they’ll resent us.” She went on. It would be a very good idea if she just stopped talking right now. Seriously, it would. “And then they will attack us eventually. They are still humans, Issy.” Now that she had started talking, might as well make her point. “They think and feel like we do. They just have … a little condition. Like a genetic disorder.” Only, it’s not genetic, of course.
