#5 – Plans


“Colloportus…” Lucius whispered as he pointed his wand to the lock of the door. “Now, what are your plans? You weren’t so clear on them when you first told me. It seems as though you’re hiding something, and trying to keep me from knowing the details, and trust me, you won’t get past me until I know everything.” He said sternly.

“Lucius, it is the only way. If you wish to protect your own son, you must not know of the plan. To know everything could jeopardize everything. I can’t risk his life and I know you’d rather him be safe.” Narcissa explained calmly to her husband.

“Narcissa, I need to know where you plan on taking the boy. What if, by chance, something happens to either one of you, or maybe even both of you, and I cannot find you?”

“Nothing will happen, and as soon as we find it safe, we will come back.”

“The boy will stay with me. If you wish to protect yourself, go on ahead. But the boy will stay. He’ll be safe at school.” Lucius nodded, and grabbed her hands, holding them tightly as a promise was buried within their bond. “Trust me.”
