Hogwarts RPG Name: Sarani Glass Graduated x12
| ♥ Mrs. Itachi Uchiha™ & MAJNOO! : Bleach & Kyo & Natsume ♥ [ Maxh!Jesh ] To whom it may concern:
I was extremely shocked to learn, from my son Fyodor, the events that took place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, at the end of the last term there. I have, since then, toyed with the idea of writing in my views for quite a while now, but had decided against it. However, my son starts a fresh year at Hogwarts the following week, and worry has driven me to quill and parchment.
To begin with, I can not believe the Minsitry has so slackened it hold on Hogwarts, that members of the school's staff actually agreed to hold a special "assembly" where students could see the transformation of a real werewolf. Hogwarts was, in my time, an amazing institution, but I wonder now what kind of learning the school is trying to impart to its students - what benefit could they have gained from seeing a human transform into a beast? The decision to show them such a transformation was, in itself, disgusting - far more disgusting, actually, than the events that unfolded. If the decision had not been taken, in the first place, none of what ensued, end of last term, would have taken place.
I am concerned for my son's safety and, while I do not believe that werewolves should be refused jobs and exiled because of their unfortunate problem, I do not really want my son to return to Hogwarts, now that I know what incidents can happen there. This seemed, indeed, like a carefully planned attack on the students! Previously, I would never have asked you to fire a woman like Alessia Lupa, who must be very qualified to have earned a job at Hogwarts, but you seem bent upon changing my views - which sane parents would want their child in a school that deliberately puts the life of its entire student population in such great danger?
Yes, to top the folly, comes the fact that the entire student body was allowed at this event - even pre-teenagers, some of who must have been horrified to hysterics by such an incident, and many who will develop a feeling of horror, in association with werewolves. I ask you this - what if there is not a person like the current Headmaster, next time a "mistake" like this occurs? Would it be my son, then, who becomes the victim? Indeed, I fully believe that this occurrence at Hogwarts must have alienated many parents, like me, who once placed all their trust in the able leadership that Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has!
I do not ask you to remove Alessia Lupa, and neither do I ask you to remove Headmaster Bontecou, a man whom I place good faith in. But I do ask - no, order - you to make sure such an "assembly" is never even thought of again. The Ministry must make sure additional security measures are taken at Hogwarts, to ensure the safety of the students, and the peace of mind of those students' parents and guardians. In the meanwhile, I wish Alessia Lupa and Headmaster Bontecou the best of health, and hope they have recovered fully from both the ordeal, and its trauma.
Yours sincerely,
