97. Dictionary
Neville was concentrating on the newspaper and didn’t see the scrubbing brush coming.
“Oww! What was that for?”
“You left the breakfast dishes in the sink. AGAIN!”
A sensible man would appologise to his heavily pregnant wife. Sadly Neville was lacking that sense. Neville ducked as a plate went sailing past him.
“Hannah, calm down, it’s only -”
“Only? ONLY? It’s every ruddy day!”
He ducked again as a vase smashed against the wall.
“Hannah please -”
“What? I’ve asked you a thousand times!”
“I’m sorry. I’m really, really sorry! Listen, just put the dictionary down and let’s talk about this.”
