"Professor," Rey smiled at Kazimeriz. "Can we chat tomorrow after I've had a chance to settle back in at Hogwarts?" he asked, more to let everyone know that he WAS going back to Hogwarts than because he actually needed to schedule a talk with Kazimeriz.

Then, he looked to Less and bit the edge of his lip as he hesitated in addressing her. She looked... well, not awful because she was still beautiful, but he could tell she wasn't well, emotionally anyway. "I'd like to speak with you, too, Less, if you have time sometime soon. Send me an owl and we can meet," he said softly before turning to the aurors, knowing they weren't the most patient of folks.

Pepe followed his former colleagues out of the secretary's office and down to level two. He actually hadn't spent too much time in the ministry when he worked as an auror because his specialty had been long-term undercover work and he'd spend up to a year in a particular place before coming back for a new assignment and heading out again. He'd been at his last assignment 3 years this September, actually. Was he really going to be 34 years old in January? Wow.
