Actress Angelica Mandy, best known for playing Gabrielle Delacour, part-Veela kid sister of Fleur, celebrates her 17th birthday today, August 25th! Angelica first played Gabrielle in Goblet of Fire, and recently announced that she would return to portray the role of the youngest Delacour in Deathly Hallows.
