Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding an article I have seen in The Daily Prophet. My family and I are currently on holiday in Croatia, and it is only from this publication that I am to learn about the fate of the Headmaster. I am shocked and appaled regarding this recent turn of events.
My daughter is about to enter her first year of magical education, being one of the many witches in our family to go to Hogwarts. Her father is of French heritage, and encouraged me to send her to BeuxBatons, yet my mind was set on Hogwarts. Imagine my shock and humiliation when I discovered the situation taking place in my former alumni.
Hiring a werewolf, however excellent their resume might be, is a disguisting action. I speak for many parents when I say that I am now anxious about my daughter's safety. I am sure enqueries are being made about the Headmaster's judgement, and about the recieved permission from the Department of Magical Education. Rest assured, I am now deeply suspicious of any Ministry announcements, and it is with great pain that I am allowing my daughter to board the Hogwarts Express on the first of September.
Hoping the Headmaster (and you) are well,
Gavota Montgomery-Lapin
